TVBC Draft Local Plan 2042 TVBC Draft Local Plan 2042

Test Valley Borough Council has put forward draft plans to allocate land for 100 properties at a site next to Danebury School in the emerging new local plan. Please make your views known!

Details below:

The draft Local Plan 2042 Revised Regulation 18 is out to public consultation for a 10-week period running from Friday 27th June 2025 to noon on Friday 5th September 2025. The documents are available on their website at www.testvalley.gov.uk/localplan2042 and Pages 54-56 relate to the proposed site in Longstock/Houghton adjacent to Danebury School.

There are three ways to respond

  • In writing to Planning Policy and Economic Development, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ
  • By email to [email protected]
  • Using the TVBC consultation platform (this requires you to sign-up by creating a login)

Your Parish Council will also prepare a written submission in response to the draft Local Plan, following engagement with the village community.
